The challenge

TrueLabel's financial department had a monthly process of reconciling dozens of PSPs using Excel and Google Sheets. Since they processed payments in more than 50 currencies, including crypto, TrueLabel's finance and payments teams spent a considerable amount of their time on manual reconciliation.
